Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park Campus.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals
Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
