Business Systems Analyst Ii

The Business Systems Analyst II will play a key role in managing business‐critical pricing, sales, and partner enablement platforms within Resideo's global Smart Home Technologies organization.This role involves overseeing day‐to‐day operations of the PROS Pricing platform, managing cross‐functional technology initiatives, and serving as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise across systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, Impartner, and SAP Callidus, combined with excellent analytical, coordination, and testing skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and functional support for core commercial and customer data platforms, including Salesforce (SFDC), PROS Pricing, SAP Callidus, ImPartner, Cypher, and the Snowflake ecosystem.Analyze system behavior, data flows, and integrations (including REST APIs) to troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable end‐to‐end processes.Partner with IT teams, vendo...
