Business Systems Analyst – Technology Enablement Workgroup, ICBC

Hours of Work: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mon–Fri)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (8‑day week, 2 days onsite)

Salary Range: $72,399.60 – $78,223.60 annually

Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of daily operational tasks related to end‑user workstation and Microsoft 365 adoption.
• Support corporate projects and internal initiatives by evaluating business requirements and recommending technical solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify challenges and propose solutions that leverage Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot tools.
