Description

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive business process clarity, organize requirements, and translate business asks into actionable technical documentation.
Duration: Until December , to start
Location: 3-4 days/week onsite in Brampton
Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder sessions with marketing and merchant teams
Document business requirements and translate them into structured functional specifications
Map business workflows and process gaps
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and decompose requirements into delivery-ready stories
Track action items and maintain documentation discipline
Support adoption readiness and usability considerations
Partner with PMO to ensure clarity of scope and alignment
Must Haves:
8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
