Leading multi-discipline teams in business transformation initiatives to align cross-government and/or cross-sector programs and services with our client to ensure the web is best utilized as a platform for service delivery, using our client’s citizen-focused, evidence-based approach for web and service design.

– Creating the Service Strategy and a plan to deliver on the Strategy to transform the business from the ‘as-is” structure to the “to-be” structure.

– Addressing the organization’s executives including ADMs and Executive Directors; is a compelling and persuasive presenter.

– Providing advice, recommendations, and options; requires effectively communicating and obtaining the Strategy and user experience approaches with executives and senior management.
