Position Description: Senior Project Advisor (Business Transformation)
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Advisor is a strategic lead focused on driving business improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence. You will diagnose inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and implement scalable systems that enhance how the organisation delivers its core initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Process Improvement & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business improvement initiatives, from initial diagnostic/root-cause analysis to implementation and embedding.
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Prince2, or Agile) to streamline complex internal workflows and eliminate friction in service delivery.
- Develop and maintain critical project artifacts: implementation roadmaps, Process Maps and benefit realisation plans.
