About the Role

Position resides in the Americas Regional Cement Procurement Organization and is responsible for providing Purchasing support for business areas across the Americas. The role is part of a team of buyers supporting regional purchasing activities within a cross‑functional procurement team.

Responsibilities

• Obtain pricing for proposals.
• Place purchase orders.
• Obtain order confirmation.
• Perform other purchasing‑related activities.
• Support regional purchasing activities within the cross‑functional procurement team.

Qualifications

• Previous buying experience preferred, 2 to 4 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of cement equipment preferred.
• Sense of urgency, proactive, customer‑driven, motivated.
