- Is responsible will be making advance purchases upon completing risk analysis, negotiates ship via & delivery dates.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Materials Acquisition Planning - Generate Advance PO through the systems (PRODUCTS STRUCTURE ADVANCE PARTS REQUIREMENTS) - Reviews purchasing reports.
- Prepares materials forecast report and delivers it to suppliers.Reviews and updates reports - Database, E-procurement, backlog report, discrepancy report.
- Non conformant material report.
(RG, distressed).
- 7 day Shortages Report.
- Obsolet material Report (SOS) - On Hold Customer Orders Report MRB-RTV Documents preparation (RG) - MRB inventory management, including negotiation with vendor on material to be return...
