CAD Manager - Calgary, AB

Are you an experienced CAD professional with upstream oil and gas experience working at a larger firm—technically strong, trusted by project teams— but limited by an existing CAD management structure?

Integrated Geomatics is seeking a CAD Manager to take ownership of our CAD drafting function and shape how it scales as our business grows.

This is not a production only role. It’s a leadership position for someone ready to own standards, training, and workflows—and to have real influence over how work gets done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning company wide CAD drafting standards and QA/QC
• Acting as the technical escalation point for complex survey drafting
• Developing structured onboarding and training for junior CAD staff
• Balancing drafting workload across projects and resources
