Overview

Responsibilities

• Obtain Plans and field notes from other survey firms.
• Assess survey evidence and calculate property boundaries from Registry office documents, field notes, and other surveyors’ records.
• Review findings with an Ontario Land Surveyor.
• Create coordinated point plot drawings for field investigation and layout.
• Calculate and assess property boundary closures.
• Prepare subdivision lot schedules.
