Position Overview
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Café Boulud Junior Sous Chef who shares our passion for food and cooking and is willing to learn from and contribute to our culinary team. The Junior Sous Chef will be a key leader of a dynamic culinary team providing memorable culinary experiences to our guests. This position reports to the Chef de Cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the day-to-day operation of the Café Boulud Kitchen.
- Coordinate training, quality control inspections, menu creation, food safety assurance, and supervise all kitchen personnel to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Four to six years of operational kitchen experience with a diversity of culinary experience and a proven track record in fine dining.
- Supervisory and management experience is required; culinary qualifications are essential.
