Job Overview
Answer calls, schedule appointments, take and send messages, reschedule appointments, confirm appointments, look up authorizations, fax, email.
Responsibilities- Handle 80-110 calls per day.
- Manage patient intake and appointment scheduling.
- Send and receive messages, fax, email.
- Verify and look up authorizations.
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- At least 1 year of medical office experience.
- At least 6 months experience with ECW.
- Fast typing speed, at least 60 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
- Patient, quick, smart, kind, responsive attitude.
- Spanish language speaker.
Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch break: 30 or 45 minutes.
