YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:The Campus and Talent Engagement Specialist (Temporary-Nunavut) reports directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Early Talent. As part of the Talent Acquisition department, you will collaborate with divisions across Canada while being responsible for campus and talent engagement in Nunavut. This is a temporary position for 18 months.
Proactively identify and develop partnerships with universities, colleges, technical schools, high schools, student associations, and internal stakeholders to strengthen early talent pipelines.
Partnered with the Talent Engagement Specialist, you will maintain a detailed events calendar; coordinate registrations, logistics/materials, participant scheduling, and post-event tracking for continuous improvement.
Responsible for intake sessions with sites to clarify hiring needs and develop accurate job postings and specifications for internships and early talent roles.
