Position Summary

Working as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada is a customer service champion role that processes and stocks all fashion merchandise, maintains merchandise standards, and ensures modular and signage integrity in a safe and clean environment. The associate functions as part of a team to strategically plan and execute daily tasks and seasonal arrangements.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products/services, locating merchandise, aiding purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise.
• Keep the sales‑floor area clean and tidy for customers.
• Merchandise non‑modular fashion items.
