What you’ll do

  • Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
  • Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft).
  • Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance as required.
  • Delegates, assists and follows up on overall front‑end operations, ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.
  • Reviews completed schedules with the People Lead.
  • Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities, develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.
