Canada Director, Legal Solutions

Dentons Canada offers a Canada Director of Legal Solutions role to support practice groups in executing strategies efficiently and effectively. This new senior leadership position reports directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and seeks a strategic leader to drive the firm’s transformation agenda.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with practice groups to understand their strategic objectives and operational challenges, identifying the capabilities needed to support the delivery of legal services and foster innovation.
• Engage directly with clients to understand pain points and collaborate with lawyers in designing innovative client solutions that improve efficiency and enhance legal work product.
• Assess, recommend, and implement solutions—people, process, or technology—to optimize legal workflows.
