Remote / Hybrid Details
For Remote roles: the position requires remote work with occasional in‑office events at the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office, including onboarding, team events, and semi‑annual/annual meetings.
For Hybrid roles: the candidate must live within commuting distance of the specified office, with weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly in‑office events required.
Position Summary
The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with customers to implement best practices, optimise workflows, and drive business outcomes in long‑term and post‑acute care settings. The role involves leading business discovery, configuration, data quality, training, and change management, with up to 30% travel to customer sites.
