Job Summary

This position leads a capital sales team in a matrix environment, driving clinical sales growth, coaching managers and individual contributors, and ensuring strong execution across sales processes, customer satisfaction, team operations, and performance management. The role also contributes to product and software improvement efforts while aligning team decisions with J&J’s values and leadership principles.

Responsibilities
