Description

The primary role of the Cardiac sonographer is to perform diagnostic Echo imaging procedures at the request of the physician to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with cardiac disease. It also includes Transesophageal echocardiography, Exercise Stress Echo, Paediatric Echo, research protocols, teaching of Cardiology residents and Mohawk College students, quality assurance,communications, customer services and computer support.
