Caretakers - On Call Casual

CARETAKERS (ON-CALL CASUAL) Coquitlam School District invites applications for Casual Caretakers. As the third largest school district in the province, we are located within a 40-minute drive from downtown Vancouver. The school district has a population of 34,000 students with approximately 4,400 teaching, administrative, managerial and support staff. Working under the Senior Caretaking Manager/designate, Caretakers are responsible for performing general custodial services and related duties as assigned in a timely process, in order to ensure the buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Duties include but are not limited to - use of various cleaning equipment, vacuuming, spot cleaning, damp and dry dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping floors, disposing of garbage, cleaning washrooms, replacing lightbulbs.
