Carpentry Lecturer

About the role

You will be able to share your knowledge, experience, passion and creativity with ākonga (learners) interested in Carpentry. You will create an outstanding experience by teaching skills and imparting your knowledge to ākonga in practical and theoretical settings. . 

The key to your success in this role will be your adaptability and enthusiasm for lifelong learning, while taking on new challenges as you inspire and teach sustainable and well-rounded carpentry of the future.

You will: 

· be a role model and mentor our learners to encourage them to achieve their goals

· assess learners and report on their capability and ability to use new technology and tools in the Carpentry field.

· teach to a wide range of learners

· be responsible for teaching and contributing towards student attendance, course guide information, curriculum development, student results, moderation, progress report...
