As a Carrier Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring successful carrier onboard in Highway, creating codes for Carrier Pay Team, and updating the CMS.

Expertise in Highway and CMS processes.Highway: Responsibilities include onboarding carriers, working with Highway team to resolve issues on carriers’ status with Bison, reviewing all documents scanned into Highway by customer, reviewing insurance and limit amounts, and calling carriers/insurance companies and factoring companies to obtain needed documents to ensure the carrier is accurately certified and in compliance with Bison requirements.CMS: Transfer necessary information from Highway to CMS and Assign Temp ID on carriers for Carrier Pay.Work with Carrier Pay team including creation of carrier temp IDs and updating permanent ALT IDsWork closely with Logistics team during all processes of ...
