Carrier Sales Representative - MEX

Purpose

The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for helping develop and grow a portfolio of top accounts in the Company’s carrier network through innovative prospecting and sales strategies. The Carrier Sales Representative must have strong negotiation skills, ensuring all freight is covered in a cost-effective, time‑efficient manner, with a focus on sustaining reliable, first‑class service to the Company’s carrier network.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement successful strategies and techniques for growing and developing carrier portfolios through prospecting and sales strategies.
• Deepen relationships within core carrier portfolios across all levels to further drive business growth.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers, exercising discretion and judgment within reasonable parameters and/or guidelines, to maximize profits and develop long‑term solutions through a deep understanding of the market.
