Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Case Management Services, theCase Manager is responsible for working closely with job seekers to conduct intakes, assess service suitability, develop and implement action plans, assist clients to access training funding and support clients meet their employment and career goals.
The Case Manager will focus on intakes, action plan follow-up, and will contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the project. The position is part of a multi-agency team who supports linking job seekers to employment and training opportunities, while upholding the YWCA's mission and values.
