Position Purpose Summary
The role of the Case Manager is to work with the Case Manager Supervisor in supporting New Hope Norfinch in achieving its vision of Housing, Outcomes, Mission and Excellence (HOME) by providing outstanding, client-centered service in ways that are aligned with The Salvation Army’s core values and Housing First. The Case Manager is responsible for supporting clients with high needs to meet their basic needs, and move towards housing and long-term housing stability utilizing the Enhanced Case Management model.
