Casual Oasis Swim School Instructor

Are you a committed and motivated swimming instructor that is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to become confident and proficient swimmers? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Wagga Wagga City Council are seeking enthusiastic swim instructors to join our Oasis Swim School team to teach all levels of our program across the seven (7) days of the week that we operate.

As a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering our Learn to Swim program, which aims to equip participants with essential water safety skills and foster a lifelong love for swimming. You will work closely with our team of experienced instructors to deliver engaging and effective swim lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Positions are casual and on an as needs basis. With shifts both during the week and on weekends. Applications will be retained on file to fill vacancies within our casual pool as they arise.
