**Category Development Leader – Personal Health (NORDICS)**
**Location:** Stockholm, Sweden
**About the Role:**
As the _Category Development Leader Personal Health NORDICS_ , you will lead the Shopper Marketing function for Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Consumer Marketing, Key Account Management, Category Development Manager and major retail partners to elevate category growth, drive brand visibility, and deliver impactful omnichannel shopper experiences.
You will oversee strategic category development for a broad Personal Health portfolio, including:
+ **Oral Healthcare** (Philips Sonicare)
+ **Male Grooming** (incl. Philips OneBlade)
+ **Beauty** (Lumea IPL, haircare appliances)
+ **Mother & Child Care** (Philips Avent)
