Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist in food preparation, complying with all Health & Safety and food hygiene policies, prioritising presentation and cleanliness of all catering areas.
• Represent the company by operating a high standard of customer service to all visitors.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in a catering or retail role with awareness of allergen and hygiene standards.
• Good background knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations and food standard policies.
• A personable and friendly manner, with experience dealing with a wide range of customers.
