Job Overview

The Catering Sales Manager is directly responsible for creating unique dining experiences by selling, up‑selling and actively participating in the planning and production of catered functions. Working closely with clients, as well as with the sales, culinary and operations staff, they ensure events are coordinated and executed smoothly, meeting all client expectations and specifications. The role focuses on developing, implementing and measuring revenue objectives within the unit's annual marketing plan, directing sales activities to meet financial forecasts, and building new and existing business.
