In this key role, reporting to the Manager of Project Management, you will support project teams with administrative tasks while managing travel logistics for employees.Your responsibilities will include expense report management and the preparation of essential documentation. Strong communication and adeptness in office software are crucial for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative documentation and report support
• Manage employee travel expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements
• Maintain petty cash and related financial records
• Complete other duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma essential
• Business Administration diploma a plus
