Central Alberta Regional Manager

Position Overview

The Regional Manager shall direct and manage all branch activities to achieve specific goals and targets, mentor Branch Managers, and invest in organizational personnel to ensure high retention rates and attract qualified applicants. This role oversees performance of all operational functions, conveys trust and satisfaction to members and staff, and maintains regular contact with Vice Presidents, management, and branch personnel, as well as external partners such as lawyers, accountants, appraisers, and members.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and mentor designated Branch Managers.
• Work with the Executive on deposit and loan targets as a contribution through the Vision Credit Union Ltd. joint planning committee.
• Promote and monitor branch performance in all key categories and take remedial action as required to maximize benefits.
