Central Utility Plant (CUP) Manager

**Description**

**Job Summary:** Provides management expertise and oversight in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the central utility plant (CUP). Manage CUP and supporting department’s workload activities and employees, provide guidance to the O&M team in the preventative maintenance, operations, engineering systems improvements, equipment replacement, utilities usage, and long-term efficiency.

**Primary Job Functions:**

+ Familiarity with applicable HVAC, OSHA, NFPA/ASME, and ANSI/NEMA codes and standards
+ Demonstrated ability to direct, monitor, and oversee staff performing CUP operations, maintenance, and quality control
+ Responsible for execution of all CUP operations and maintenance requirements at building 3028
+ Effectively manages maintenance operations necessary to execute all scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance events described in the project work scope with established regulatory requirements.
