CFD Analyst – Mechanical Design

Summary:

The CFD Analyst – Mechanical Design will be responsible for carrying out the design & analysis of new development by coordinating with the Mechanical team & drive the project. Understand, analyse and coordinate with project team members to drive the project & coordinate with cross function teams to bring design to manufacture & design to cost.

Core Responsibilities:

• To deliver the requisites of the project by coordination
• Shall be able to perform CFD calculations & Mechanical analysis using analysis tools ANSYS CFX / FLUENT
• To understand the customer specification requirement and select/build the suitable motors
• Planning, Organizing, Directing and running optimum designs to exceed the customer expectations
• In-depth knowledge of rotating machines structure, Fan design & cooling mechanism to model airflow and thermal distribution
