Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 is now accepting external applications for:Youth Care Worker Temporary, part-time (11.5 hr/wk)Effective March 30 to April 17, 2026, or return of incumbent.Nature and Scope of WorkThe Youth Care Worker works with individual or group(s) of students requiring social-emotional/behavioral supports/interventions. Youth Care Workers will work under the direction of the Principal. Examples of WorkApply strategies with student to build self-awareness, healthy emotional regulation and responsible decision-making. Assisting in the implementation of program objectives by addressing problems that are preventing students from achieving success in responding to challenge.Working with students who have identified exceptional social/emotional needs and referring them to other support services as necessary.
