Position Overview
Drive organizational change and lead the strategy, development, and implementation of improvement programs and transformations to drive performance and efficiency across R&D.
Advise senior management on opportunities to drive successful change and adoption; consult, mentor, and collaborate across matrix teams to deploy solutions.
Prepare the organization for continuous evolution and implementation of R&D strategic initiatives by aligning change efforts with J&J Credo/Leadership Imperatives and R&D Courage & Care culture.
