Arcade is opening a brand-new venue in Covent Garden and we’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our opening team. The role is ideal for a chef with a high-volume, multi-cuisine background who wants to grow within a fast-expanding restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus.
• Support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members.
• Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods.
• Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
