Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol invites an experienced Chef de Partie to lead the kitchen brigade at a luxury resort in the Cabo San Lucas region. The role requires culinary excellence, team leadership, and strict adherence to service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen brigade ensuring timely, high‑quality food production.
- Maintain sanitation, hygiene, mise‑place, and storage areas according to health‑food safety protocols.
- Coordinate ingredient inventory, rotation, and procurement, applying the PEPS system.
- Prepare and execute recipes with discipline, discipline, and consistency.
- Control refrigerator temperatures and monitor food safety equipment.
- Communicate incident reports, shortages, and floor staff needs to Sous Chef and leadership.
