Job Overview

We are seeking an Operation Manager to lead the paint shop operation team at the A220 commercial aircraft Program in Mirabel, Canada. The role involves coaching a team of supervisors, managing workload and performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–6 supervisors while upholding Airbus vision and values.
• Coach and develop team talent, manage workload and individual performance.
• Identify, document, standardize key processes and optimize knowledge sharing.
• Apply problem‑solving methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Set and monitor production targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to promote autonomy and collective learning.
