Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand teams to define program services, including financial assistance and copay strategies, as well as clinical, administrative, and educational activities.
• Support or lead the implementation of new services, internally or through third‑party providers, covering planning, design, management, build and launch, and ensure adequate staffing for operational support.
• Identify, select and manage third‑party partners for program administration and operations.
• Define quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs to maximize success and oversee vendors.
• Manage ongoing program budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal, global, provincial and Canadian federal guidelines and procedures.
