Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary is a full‑time, permanent position in the senior executive team that leads the Company’s financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, corporate governance and administrative functions.

This role provides sound strategic and financial leadership to the Board, CEO and fellow executives, ensuring the achievement of the Company’s objectives. Collaboration and hands‑on problem solving are essential.
