Chief Financial Officer Role Overview The Pike Group is a diversified, growth-focused organization with operations in heavy equipment, trucking, and related industries. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO, you will act as a true business partner, supporting strategy, improving profitability, and building the financial, people, and technology infrastructure required to scale a high-performance dealership group.

Your Mandate Lead Finance, with oversight of HR and IT, ensuring sound financial stewardship, strong governance, and organizational capability to enable sustainable growth.

This includes:

Driving sustainable EBITDA growth

Building scalable systems and processes

Embedding financial discipline into all areas of operations

Enabling expansion through data-driven decision-making and capital strategy
