- Advise partners and translate their needs into clear, traceable functional requirements
- Draft and validate functional analyses, produce documentation (use cases, diagrams) and keep it up to date
- Work with developers to design and integrate solutions into the existing environment
- Perform functional tests, support acceptance tests and resolve technical problems
