Chief Labor Relations Officer

This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Stockton, CA, for a Chief Labor Relations Officer. The Chief Labor Relations Officer will lead the district’s labor relations strategies, including collective bargaining, managing employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role requires continuous engagement with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative and equitable work environment and serves as the lead advisor on labor policies and practices. The Chief Labor Relations Officer will also represent the district in negotiations and work to build effective relationships with labor organizations.
