This position is part of the corporate enterprise operations team supporting all Lockheed Martin business areas and interests across Canada and Latin America.

Specific Job Description

Reporting to the VP and Regional Executive (RE) of Lockheed Martin Canada and Latin America, the Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner to the VP/RE of Lockheed Martin Canada and Latin America, enabling focus on enterprise priorities by driving alignment, execution, and integration of the Canada and Latin America strategies with Lockheed Martin corporate objectives.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Chief of Staff anticipates the VP’s needs, integrates across Global Business Development & Strategy (GBDS), Business Areas (BAs), and corporate functions, and ensures disciplined execution of priorities.
