Summit Helicopters seeks a Chief Pilot in Kamloops, BC, who is experienced and safety-oriented, to guide our helicopter operations. This position is vital for ensuring compliance and managing pilot standards effectively.
As Chief Pilot, you will report to the Director of Flight Operations, overseeing regulatory compliance and optimal pilot performance within our CARs 702 and 703 framework. Your leadership will enhance pilot qualifications and drive a culture of operational excellence and safety within our diverse fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct oversight of all flight crew management
• Maintain Transport Canada regulation compliance
• Engage in audits and inspections
• Coordinate and execute pilot training programs

Requirements:
