Support children and families on their mental health journey as a dedicated Clinician. Leverage a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to manage problematic dependencies and associated health challenges.
Reporting to management within a multi-disciplinary team, this role emphasizes early intervention and community involvement. You will provide assessments, treatment plans, and tailored interventions aimed at addressing substance misuse and mental health issues among youth. Collaboration and creative outreach strategies will enhance the support provided to families and schools.
