OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Child Well-Being Worker delivers mandated child protection services in accordance with the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, First Nation standards, Ministry regulations, and Agency policies. The worker provides assessment, investigation, intervention, and ongoing case management services to children, youth, and families to ensure safety, well-being, permanency, and connection to culture and community.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess an accredited college diploma in a related field of study.
- Preference will be given to those who possess a Bachelor of Social Work Honors Degree or a degree in a related field of study.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in the delivery of direct, frontline, social service programming within an Anishinabe Child and Family Well-Being Services is preferred or proven experience in working with Anishin...
