Make a difference as a Residential Childcare Practitioner in Biggar, South Lanarkshire, where your primary goal is to provide essential care to children needing support. This full-time role features a flexible shift system tailored to meet the needs of each child.
In this role, you will engage with children and young people, many of whom require specialized support due to challenging backgrounds. Your shifts will include direct care responsibilities and ongoing training to develop your skills. You'll also ensure safety and hygiene standards while supporting young people in routine participation.
