Church Development Facilitator

The church development facilitator in Ecuador will work to help OMSpartner churches identify needs and develop effective models and/or ministries to share their faith through word and deed. Church development may include formal and non-formal theological education, practical training, ministry partnerships, and much more that is needed for the growth and development of the local church. However, the aim of this team is to assist the local church to impact the community and beyond with the message of the Gospel and through deeds of compassion. • Will work with disciple-making and church planting teams to assist churches in becoming dynamic and healthy.
