CIBC CPA Rotational Leadership Program

We’re looking for students entering their final year of a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Fall2026 and working toward their Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation to join our 2027 CPA Rotational Leadership Program.

Program Overview

The24‑month program (approximately 30months with study and vacation time) provides hands‑on experience in Finance and Internal Audit while supporting your CPA designation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Year1 – 11months in Internal Audit (10months of work experience) – plan and conduct risk‑based audits, assess control effectiveness, work with business management, and communicate issues and action plans.
• Year2 – 15+months in Finance (14months of work experience) – perform financial analysis and reporting, reconcile financial information, and develop or enhance reporting systems, policies and controls.
